Hi Master Traders,

The markets started the with a move higher from a new low reversal, but into the second reversal time period (10:30), the Breakout Bar Failure (see chart below) set the morning high.

When the low of the day, which was a new low reversal bottoming tail did not hold the second time, it was all down from there for the rest of the day.
