Master Trader Layouts and Scans: Turning Education into Opportunity
In the video below, I will explain how the scans are constructed and how to use them.
Master Trader Technical Strategies are not based on indicators, opinions, or guesswork. They are based on objective price patterns, market structure, multiple timeframes, sector movement, and the recurring technical “tells” that trained traders learn to recognize.

Master Trader students and members are taught these concepts through our education, advisory services, and live market analysis. They learn how to identify quality setups, understand where buyers and sellers are likely to act, and recognize when price action is setting up for a potential swing trade, day trade, credit spread, or directional options trade.
To help make that process faster and more efficient, I have created Master Trader layouts and scans designed to identify the same technical concepts taught in the Master Trader Technical Strategies courses.
These layouts and scans help members quickly find stocks, ETFs, sectors, and market areas that are showing the patterns and conditions we teach, such as bullish and bearish reversals, wide-range bars, breakouts, pullbacks, igniting patterns, sector movement, and other Master Trader setups.
The purpose is not to replace education. The purpose is to help the educated trader identify opportunities more quickly.
Once you understand the concepts, the scans become a powerful tool. They can quickly narrow a large market down to the names showing technical behavior worth reviewing. From there, the trader applies the Master Trader thought process: trend, support and resistance, multiple timeframes, market internals, sector strength or weakness, risk, reward, and trade management.
Whether you are a swing trader, an intraday trader, or an options trader using credit spreads or directional options, these layouts and scans are designed to help you identify opportunities based on the Master Trader methodology.
For swing traders, the scans can help uncover stocks and ETFs that are setting up based on daily and weekly patterns.
For day traders, they can help locate movement, momentum, reversals, and intraday opportunities.
For options traders, identifying the underlying stocks or ETFs whose price patterns may support a directional trade or a credit spread strategy is important.
These tools are provided as part of being a Master Trader member because our goal is to give traders more than theory. We want members to have the education, structure, guidance, and practical tools needed to become more self-reliant.
The layouts and scans help bring the Master Trader education into the real market environment. They allow members to see where the concepts are appearing now, organize their watchlists, and focus on opportunities that match what they have learned.
Master Trader teaches the strategies.
The layouts and scans help you find them.
