The broader markets continued their move higher that began at the beginning of June but at a slower pace.
The relief that more tariffs that would escalate the trade wars with China are “on hold” gave the markets a reason to gap higher last Monday.
The majority of last week’s gains came on that gap up last Monday; however, the S&P 500 made a new all-time high later in the week.
